Returns

Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet these conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels are still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized hats.
  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Return an Item

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process and send you a return shipping label, if needed.

Refunds

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved:

  • We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Keep in mind, your bank or payment provider might take a little extra time to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

Sometimes, partial refunds may apply, such as:

  • Items that show signs of use or are missing parts.
  • Items returned in a condition not caused by a mistake on our end.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

Size or Style Exchanges

  2. Place a new order for the product you want.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just:

  • If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it once it arrives by following our return process.
